Large tree between sidewalk and street needs pruning. First photo shows broken branches that are hanging, waiting to fall on a vehicle or a person. Large pieces are on the ground. Second photo shows same tree with a large branch that is pulling in the electrical lines to my house @ 814 W. 29th St.
