Description

A car is parked on the street in front of 5344 Waterford Drive. It has been there for more than 3 months and has not been moved even once. It is parked at the entrance to a curved portion of the road, forcing traffic into the middle of the street when the drive can't see the oncoming traffic. The tag# is PHL6387.
