Thank you. I contacted them, and they said it is handled by Development review services bc of the type of lake it is. The website has Code Enforcement listed as who to file complaints with for that department. Could you please ket me know who to contact? Thanks again!

Omg... Seriously!? Again they are not doing anything wrong! They have pulled permits for everything they do, but I do remember when you guys were to built your pool you didn't have a permit at first. You're doing this to gain what? Just to be "classy"? By the way your documents that you claim to be a survey is nothing other than to show your drainage system for when you built a pool, no regular boundary survey has to be verified by anyone as long as certified surveyer does the measurements! I suggest to regroup and approach this in a different manner!
