Description

Water has been gushing from a broken pipe in the front yard of this house for months now - the water collects in the dip of the street and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. PLEASE fix this. The owner of the property has called the Department of Utilities many times, to no avail. This is a health hazard and a waste of tax payers money.
