Issue acknowledged. The police department has parks patrol staff that can be alerted while issues are in progress by calling 658-2700. They have been alerted to the problem from the SeeClickFix complaint but if the issue happens again we recommend a call to them to get the fastest response.
We will post their update when we hear back.

But what is the plan for a more permanent solution. Is it possible to put up no parking signage on the bike path?
The neighbors should not have to function as parking attendants for the bike path
