My wife, Karin Powless, reported issue this past April and we believe that it may have been Chris McNeese that called us back a few weeks later to verify the problem. We thought we were to get an update after it was decided how to handle, but have not heard anything since then. Therefore, I will submit again here in case it is not listed anywhere.

The retaining wall just north the of " The Reserve" community tennis courts that boarders the access road in front of our home at the Bell Tower community appears to be falling. It has moved/shifted approximately 12 inches in the last year due to erosion from rain. We are concerned that someday it may fall and block the access road for utilities and the garages behind our townhouse community. Thanks for looking into this.
