Bushes are overgrown very high, almost touching the street sign on Endicott St. Bushes are so high, cars hang out here and dump their cans & bottles, not a nice site. The owner doesn't care what his property looks like, disgraceful.

Owner has complied and removed the overgrowth and cut the tall grass. Additionally, he has also removed the old car tires and other various motor vehicle parts from the property per my request and ORDER.
