I am happy with it down because the kids are out of school and drive all hours of the night fast in golf carts down that path--waking me up and making my dog bark. Possibly, the county can block it so motorized vehicles will not go through? The golf carts break my plants and sprinkler heads. It is expensive, annoying, and exhausting with lack of sleep. I live at 402.
