Description

On the gravel road that extends off of 90 Street (by the pond), I noticed someone dumping garbage out of their car. It looked to be a Dodge Dart, colour bronze. License Plate: BKZ 0615. Had a dog with them, German Shepherd, running beside the car along the gravel road, parked the car and let the dog in.
