Sorry, but this is still not fixed. No flags have been tied up. At the lowest point the tip of the flag is not even 4ft. from the ground, which effectively blocks a significant portion of the sidewalk for almost any pedestrian. Additionally, several of the metal flag poles are not securely fastened to the building, at least one is broken, tilted downwards and barely hanging on, just a matter of time until it breaks off completely. This is a safety hazard as it could fall on top of someone walking past.
