The Regular loud bass type music that Fair Haven Heights experiences on a regular basis is coming from the dead end of James St. at the park. The Music travels along the river and ends up in the heights. If you hear the music you need to call the police and complain. Let them know that the source is coming from James Street at the Park, Otherwise they'll drive around looking for it near by and nothing will get done. COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN....that's the only way this nuisance will end!
