Tree issues always seem to require an act of God.If there is any neighbor with a decent pair of clippers I suspect they could at least remove the problem of not being able to see the stop sign while this works its way through the system until someone decides THEY are the ones to fix it.I lived next to Rite Aid and all the trees on their lot were never given any attention.Problem was they grew OVER the sidewalk and we had a lot of elderly neighbors that we didn't want walking in the street.Several of my neighbors helped with clippers and trimmers to keep those under control for the 13 ys I lived there.As neighbors we NEED to become more proactive.Not doing anything dangerous....but we can help with things like this in the interim.
