Every day men set up little stalls selling items out of their cars or carts. So many have gathered now it's sometimes hard to pass on the sidewalks. I often see items that appear to be stolen (two bike seats, some random bike lights at one, a laptop at another). They discard a lot of trash. Plus they make harassing comments about the women who walk by in spanish.
