This is a rental property, and year after year, the landlord will not cut the entire back yard. One half of the back yard is fenced in but one half is not, and the landlord will only cut the fenced-in part. The grass in the unfenced part is three feet tall. This is a corner property and it looks particularly bad from two angles.
