Description

Cars park to the very corner of S 21st St, making it very dangerous to pull out of Montrose St. Please block off a sufficient area on the NE corner of this intersection to make it safer. There have been multiple accidents here in the past few years because cars traveling south on 21st St cannot see the cars pulling out of Montrose and vice-versa.
