I'm next door and mine wasn't picked up either.

Thank you for reporting this issue. I will check the route sheets and also speak with the driver to see if there were any issues and see why it was not picked.

Please place your cart to the curb and then contact our office at 770-266-5140 and let us know it is back out; we will send the driver to the location for pickup. Again thank you for letting us know there was an issue. Please remember to place your cart out the night before after five pm as collection routes are anytime from 6:30 am to 5 pm your day of pickup. Thank you.
