Description

In October of 2015 we went to DPW in person and requested trash bins. We were told it would be taken care of. It's now June 2016, EIGHT MONTHS LATER, and still we have no bins. We have personally visited DPW THREE TIMES now, most recently on Monday, 6/6/2016, and still no bins. How is this a functioning department? Why does it involve such a headache and so much wasted time on our part to get trash bins? Should we deliver bags of trash directly to DPW and let them take care of it? Absolutely amazing that nothing has been done in eight months and 3 requests for trash bins.
