Description

When coming from Fair Haven, heading west on Chapel and turning left onto East Street, the left green arrow did not activate for FIVE light cycles this morning (7:45 am). The light was only green for about 15 seconds, so there was a backup of approximately 30 cars trying to turn onto East. Will you please correct this ASAP? This is a busy intersection in the morning and this light appears to be broken now. It was working 3 days ago.
