Description

People living under 580 accessing via the.West St. onramp to East 580. Hazzardous to the people walking and to the drivers as there are two massive potholes where the passenger side wheel passes, so in order to avoid them drivers swerve to the left. Accident imminent as long as the homeless keep using this area.
