NO ... the ugliness is still there and getting worse everyday as the weeds continue to grow. I responded to this same complaint about 3 weeks ago. The owner had until June 20 to clean up the property according to the nuisance notice. Nothing has been done by the city. My understanding from a neighbor said someone from the city came out early last week and was told "the process has been started " and the city would have it cleaned up by the end of this week, which is today, Friday July 8th. PLEASE have this property cleaned up by cutting the grass and removing the junk that has been dumped on the property. I will make a phone call to the city if this has not been cleaned up today. Thank you!

This issue is still outstanding. It continues to look worse and worse. When I call the city inquiring about it and ask when something is going to be done to satisfy this issue, I get the same answer .. next week. The owner has had 2 notices and both dates have passed long ago. Why is the city NOT doing anything to satisfy the issue?!!! 61 days since I made the complaint has been way more than enough time to have "satisfied" this "issue" to use your words. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND SATISFY THE UGLY ISSUE!!!!!!!!

Should I go to the mayor of Raleigh to assist in getting the city to resolve this issue that is 61 days old?

There was another picture with this initial complaint/issue showing the overgrown vegetation and old cabinets, sink, etc. torn out of another house and left in the driveway. Since the initial complaint is 61 days old, someone should come out and take a look at it now!!! It looks 61 days worse. I think this issue/complaints are far overdue to not have been satisfied/resolved. What else can I do, as a tax payer, to have this resolved? Is there someone, maybe mayor, that I should go to and push the city to get something done to resolve this?

This continues to be an ongoing issue. It was first reported on June 7, 2016. When is this going to be completely resolved? All of the neighbors are tired of having to look at this!

The big oak tree in the picture has been causing great concern. It towers over powers lines and is a big concern for the 2 homeowners across the street. If the tree falls, it will hit the power lines and both houses. This would cause heavy damage, if not destroy 1 or both homes, and possibly death of the homeowners if they are in their homes. I am strongly urging the City of Raleigh to remove the tree immediately.

The work was never done! The city has not done anything!! there is a new owner and it's for sale, still, and they have DONE NOTHING with cleaning up the lot or improve the property. I would still like to have something done to make this eyesore go away. we've been looking at this for more than 2 years now. it's awful!!

Property up for sale by Soetheby realty company. Property looks worse. I believe one neighbor asked the realtor to consider improving the appearance of the lot. Nothing has been done. Can the city please do something about cleaning up the lot or in some way get the realty company to do so? The silt construction fence has been coming down and is serving very little purpose and makes the lot look even worse.

There have been several owners. I don't know who owns the property now probably another developer or Builder. The lot is still vacant and looks just as bad if not worse than it has been. I believe city has cleaned up once or twice but needs to be done again.
