There were a half-dozen tents and about as many bicycles being chopped up when I rode by on my way to work (gotta pay those high SF taxes!), but since you closed the issue, you must have done your job. OK, so you didn't really resolve the issue. It's exactly as described when initially reported, possibly worse (see photo below, from today, 6/9/16). Apparently, you closed the case, but did no work. The last time you let things fester on this block (for more than six months!), a man lost his life at the hands of city workers. Why don't you be the city workers who take care of the problem before it escalates? Again, a half-dozen tents, stolen bikes, filth and trash blocking the sidewalk. Case open.
