There is a lady that rents a room on 205 Wilson Ave and everyday she keeps feeding all these stray cats in front of my house and other neighbor's houses. I don't believe they're spayed or neutered, because the amount of cats keeps growing. The only problems I have with these cats is that keep using the mulch of my front and back yard as their cat litter box. I have tried all types of cat repellent and they don't work. I just lay some new mulch and now with the heat it smells really bad with cat urine and feces which attracts lots of flies. I hope something is done about this.
