This issue is critical right now in view of the unwanted activities going on in or next to the park especially in the evening and night hours. We do not want the night visiters to get too comfortable, encouraging more illegal activities. Given that the city is paying someone to lock the restrooms every night, the frequency of the restrooms staying open, especially on weekends, is unacceptable.
