Description

Tree well filled with medium-size stones, several of which were used as weapons last week, resulting in a broken glass door on the next block of Hampshire Street. Please remove this mini-arsenal and replace with more appropriate mulch if possible. Tree is located just west of Bristol Street. Thanks.
