Description

The past year has been busy and noisy due to construction. While it appears that the work is mostly completed There is an ongoing noise due to four manhole covers that are not. properly seated. One in particular is especially loud. If there are cars parked across from 567 Union the cars hit it in such a manner as to cause extreme anxiety to body and soul HELP ME PLEASE.
