I have also noticed this, as I work in the Millyard. The traffic light at Spring St. and Canal St. has had a very similar problem. Places where there has never been an issue now takes 10 minutes to get through.

It's a really issue these lights let 5 to 6 cars through causing a bottleneck

Traffic counts were recently conducted and signal timing alternatives are being studied for this intersection.
