Chelten Avenue from 100 West to 500 East is used by at least 4 Septa bus routes (26, K, J, 65), and 3 more at the intersections with Greene Street and Germantown Avenue. Car drivers routinely park in the bus stops, making it impossible for the buses to pull over. This reduces traffic flow to sometimes ONE lane in One direction only and creates congestion. The stop areas need to be repainted and signed - and the law has to be enforced!
