Description

There is a black Lincoln Navigator that has been abandoned , since March 22nd 2016 with a flat tire on the driver side. It has no license plate for a temporary permit. There are wires popping out of one of the back windows on the passenger side. Where it is parked it can cause problems on the street with turning, since its close to the stop sign of Hermosa and Douglas MacArthur NE. It is parked in between of 4109 Hermosa Dr NE and another house. It has been = 2 Months, 1 Week, 2 Days.
