Description

this is 3rd notice of large branches in the arroyo adjacent (north) to Heritage Hills Park. The branch was found pulled into the tunnel under Ventura. There appeared to be efforts to burn the branch and leave debris by trying to start fire. The branch was dragged out for pick up by this caller. Thanks for your efforts.
