This property has already been cited for the condition of the property and garbage. I will begin the process to have the city maintain the grass and clean up the property, if necessary.

How long until the grass has to be cut? We are having a party this weekend and the house is embarrassing enough, the grass doesn't help

Unfortunately I have to wait 10 days before sending someone onto the property to cut it. That is mandated by the state as proper warning. For the house the property owner has been fined $7500 for non compliance to a previous citation. I left notice on the door, I'm hoping that the resident opts to call or at least handle the issue of the grass.
