Description

Streetlight post badly degraded at chest height, and outer layer is completely separated. Looks like this has already happened several times in the past and the post was reinforced. Post is actually learning towards the street (at the top) by a couple of feet (in the direction of the decay) so this is getting dangerous.
The app won't let you attach a second photo, so adding here that the white tag says "GD22" and yellow one says "Z4Z1Y".
