Thank you for reporting this issue. The Code Officer for the area contacted the HOA, who in turn notifies the contractor.

The HOA is placing it on a schedule to be mowed once per month until the Developer completes the irrigation and landscaping.

I hope that is often enough. Any idea when the City will mow the property that they own at the end of Pebble Creek Parkway at the Lick Creek Trailhead?

Parks & Rec reported that this was mowed two weeks ago. With all the rain, they have gotten behind in mowing and are trying to catch up. Please be patient.

I do not believe that is correct. I do not recall seeing this area mowed two weeks ago, or anytime in the last several months. The Association has contacted the Parks Department about this area twice in the past 1 1/2 months. Thanks!
