It's preposterous that the city continues to ignore the traffic conditions between Webster and 5th. It's amazing someone hasn't been seriously injured.

Sporadic enforcement is ongoing. A rapid flashing beacon is slated to be installed by Public Works, not APD, soon. Intermittent violations of the California Vehicle Code will still continue and no amount of engineering or enforcement will remedy this. There are simply more bad drivers than police officers or traffic engineers. The intersection is definitely on everyone's radar at this point. Thanks for your concern.
