Dear Foster City Manager,
The owner of 56 pleasant CT seemed ignoring the city code for not maintaining his house for its community appearance. There was no one living in that house for the past four years. The house looks like an abandoned one. The owner has not had the front lawn mowed, nor had the weeds, leaves or tree branches cleaned on the driveway. Please see the attached photo taken on May 27, 2016 for your reference.
We would appreciate if you could look into this matter at your earliest convenience.
