With respect to the two day old visit to the property regarding a temporary fence which was highlighted in the photo is being a chain-link fence the day the report was made was in regards to a permanent fence with multiple holes being dug in the ground. This fence is not a temporary fence as permanent fixtures are being placed on the ground surrounded by concrete this fence is not significantly away from the sidewalk it is 2 inches from the sidewalk. Is proximity to the sidewalk is only furthering the damage that was done to the sidewalk at the time of demolition. Hopefully the inspector can make time to visit with regards to the immediate issue and not base it on a previous visit assuming that it is the same thing. Please visit the site based on the complaint as it is made not on old information and old visits.
