Description

On northbound waverly at jolly... the induction loop for the left turn lane appears to be shorted. The left turn light onto westbound jolly ALWAYS comes on whether there is traffic waiting to turn or not. That means the traffic waiting to go straight through on southbound waverly has to wait for traffic that's not there and gets a shorter interval to go through (if there are 5 cars in line when you pull up to the southbound light, don't count on making it through until the next light).
