Description

There are two dogs each from a different household as listed in the address that walk on the street during the day (weekends) and night time (weekdays) without a leash. These dogs poop on the sidewalks along the street and the owners do not clean it up. They poop in front of my house and of my neighbors. The front of the owners' houses are disgusting since these owners don't have the audacity to clean up after their dogs. In the past I have reported this to the health department but the owners still continue to let them out. This is frustrating because there is constant poop on the street that one has to keep avoiding to step on while going for a walk. They also keep barking at night on their daily bathroom time. I was only able to upload a picture of the white dog, the other one is about the same size and furry but with black and white patches.
