Hello, I am a resident at 520 Burgess Street, Phila, PA 19116; we have a light post that has been out for a week and it is very dark at night and some neighbors don't leave lights on so it's very dark and scary when I come home from work at night. We also have the ball park and play ground down the street which is a Heroin, other drugs and drinking playground... the young kids are drag racing up and down this block at night and it's horrible. I am pleading for help in replacing this light please before someone gets rob or hit by one of the drag racers... We do have lots of elderly folks and lots of young children on this block. Thank you,
