Description
Neighbors at 2721 West Heverly Drive continue to park a car on their front lawn, albeit now with just two wheels instead of all four (see attached photo).
Now this, after previous citations over the past 2-3 yrs for leaving their cars parked on their lawn:
1.) For several weeks straddling the sidewalk that goes to their front door.
2.) For several weeks parked next to their garage while letting the grass around it grow over 12" tall.
3.) For 2-3 weeks parked in their backyard partially covered with a tarp, but still visible from the street with un-mowed grass all around it.

When does "slightly off" the driveway become "too far off"? At 1' off, 2' off, 3' off, 4' off, etc., or what? Please define this for future reference. Thanks.
You're either consistently parking on the lawn or you're not. It's that simple. Based on past experience the neighbors at 2721 West Heverly Drive will continue to park their cars "slightly on" their lawn until they are compelled to stop by the City. FYI, this particular issue has been ongoing for the past few months, ever since the snow has been gone, virtually every day between 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
