Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on May 31st. The owner has seven days to comply and at the end of the seven days Code Officer will reinspect the property. If it has not been complied with the City will have their contractor clean-up the site and the owner will be billed. They were also sent a letter because they were not a register rental.
