Description

The property doesn't look as bad as it is from the street or the entrance. However, in the interior and back of the complex, conditions are deplorable. There is a building in the NW corner of the proeperty where the barn roof shingles have been completely stripped off of the west side of the building. Along the western boundary is a unit open to casual entry with the back door kicked in and gang graffiti painted on the back of the building. I have marked these areas in the attached photo.
