Description

The slum lord at this property replaced the kitchen cabinets after the tenants had a small kitchen fire. The burnt and moldy cabinets were put out on the curb where they have sat for almost 3 weeks. This is unsafe (splintered wood and protruding screws) and unsightly. I have reported it once before, a few days after they were left out, and nothing has changed.
