when will they clean up the back yard there is still weeds and garbage and old wood tobe clean

problem is still there back looks like a junk yard can not walk dog as I seen a rat run under a pile of wood there

problem still is on going and getting worst this is not a home but a junk yard and if I had my phone with me would take pictures of them throwing garbage out in the woods
