The issue related to this war zone sidewalk has been reported multiple times with no improvement. Please do whatever you can to make this better.

Who owns these lots? It is up to the fronting property owners to maintain and repair there sidewalks. Section 5610 of the Calif State Streets and Highway Code and Section 12.04 of the Oakland Municipal code.

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 05/26/2016, service request #656242.

I will check this weekend as I suspect this report pertains to the tires (thanks) and not to the sidewalk clean up.
