From HPD -
The vehicle in question has been towed due to deficient action taken by the vehicle owner to correct the condition of the car on the public roadway. The vehicle received multiple citations and was towed away at approximately 1:30pm on Thursday, June 9th.

Dear Citizen,
Captain America sends his regards. The best method for resolving these is to call City of Houston Parking to report a vehicle parked over 24 hours:
(832) 393-8690
They always pick up right away during business hours. Have the cross street, vehicle description and license plate ready. They come to chalk and then cone back for citation. They also handle illegal parking like sidewalks and no parking zones. I've cleared out dozens of cars this way, these violations are a favorite of auto dealers and mechanics to misappropriate public rights of way for their own nefarious benefit.
Keep up the good work, Citizen!
Sincerely,
The Justice League
