Q. Enter intersection street names
A. Penn Ave., North and Olson Memorial Highway. The southbound lane's light is skipping the turn and go signal for the southbound lanes it goes through about three different runs before gets to the southbound lane and it's making all the people in patient in the southbound lane at somebody's going to get hurt because they're going to go on the red. This light needs to be checked it out as soon as possible this was occurring last night at around 10:30 PM
