I already called the abandoned vehicle hotline a month ago and nothing has been done. Car is still there. I will do it again but I am not hopeful that there will be any response.

I know how you feel Amy! I get them constantly as well and I'll report it through the channels and it will take months(4 to 7) usually to get the car removed. The most frustrating part is that once the car is finally removed, another car will be abandoned in the same exact spot the same week and I have to start all over again.
The problem here is that the car isn't abandoned in front of the mayor's house. The rest of us have to wait forever.
Maybe if you post a new report every day? Sometimes the only way I can get the situation addressed is to find a police officer at Wilson Park on break and ask them to please come over and deal with it. It actually does work.
