Oakland city leaders in denial. Hire someone that knows how to solve these problems. All the illegal dumping, the homeless encampments, start prosecuting, fines, community service, whatever it takes. This shows that people have no respect for Oakland, the citizens of Oakland, or anything else. Start taking some action.
