About 5 or 6 overgrown tree stumps that are now growing shoots. Stump were supposed to be removed last year and City never came back.

A. On the right side of Krank St. Just pass the garage cans, you'll see overgrowth of trees stumps. City cut them down last year , However, they neglected to come back and REMOVED stumps!

I noticed that someone came through with a weed wacker, however, the issue is with the stumps! The shoots will continue to grow, of course, since the stump is still there. Last year you reported that you would remove stumps. That would be excellent if you would follow through.
