Aldermen put on agenda how to stop these atv riders , 60 day automatic time in jail, for noise pullution, evading police, stolen, unregistered vehicles, driving them in city limits, destroying public propertys as they tear up the baseball fields up here, double the time second offense, 18 months 3rd time,repeal no chase law, today a nice day so fair haveners while be ready for them to go back and forth back and fourth, put police around front st, east grand give a real phone number to call or take complaint on original call to police dept instead of giving out unmanned phone number to call,,,let's try to end some of this with atvs breaking so many laws and lots of tax paying citizens in the city need some relief back and fourth back and forth noise, no loud motorcycle pipes no loud radio music ,you have these law a bidding citizens being pulled over yet that loud loud loud atv racing is ok, aldermen step up and make a difference to us who chose to follow the law and pay taxes and vote you all in to stand up for us, we have plenty of people who are bothered all day with these atvs,,,they travel same street s all the time, it's not important to police as they said in the past ,they need to stop real crime ,,we'll fair haven height area has at least 6 police cars from light house to north haven line to patrol, they aren't inner city paroles but for the 8 mile stretch from here to there, can get some out of the sub stations up here ,

Will be out, city needs a plan and to retract the no chase law, front st through fair haven and heights get ready for the noise,, mayor must not have them by her house put police of motor cycles that can get these fellows and give them automatic 60 days ,for illegal driving in city ,disturbing the peace, racing,avoiding police, destroy or let police rid these things, plenty of charges to give 60 days automatically ,after they get out when caught again double the time then a third time a year or 18 months, they are breaking tax payers right s, causing danger popping wheelies ,weaving in and out of traffic, alder people take notice ,come up with a plan, yes i know more important things happen in the city to tend to but the heights has 6 squad cars for the area from light house to north haven line ,we have noise pullution laws on motorcycle pipes and loud music, well these atvs are tearing up the park and forming gangs another law broken when they ride 5 or 4 together. ,heights police fond where these kids live yourself s the noise of these atvs over and over and over is disturbing cant hear yourself talk to snotty police woman who answer our calls to give out dead end phone number when called,,,if you aldermen need a plan, i gave you one, automatically do time

Don't think i never thought of it, knowing i would need backing of republican party and a great intern i would, to meet with the public and get to the heart of city problems, to be in the eye of the public and not secretive about the city negotiations, to get along with the police commissioner to give them what they need in order to stop or get crime rates down, make it not so easy to get away with crime big or small, support the fire and emergency squads also as the this 3 agencies are the first response to all citizens, to put national guard to work on the areas where citizens cant come out cause of killings, to open places where kids can go after school with mentors to help in homework o r games , to get this city full of life, where people can love living in new haven and are proud to say so , there are so many hot button things in new haven and a crowd who it is important to, all issues should be acknowledged dealt with by whom appropriate, and if that dept head cant do it get someone to be the new head who can, addressing and letting the citizens help with ideas to help, i think would be a great thing
